Falls Church, VA—Irving Burton Associates (IBA) won its financial services recompete contract with the Defense Health Agency (DHA) in Falls Church, VA on July 20, 2015. The award was announced by the U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) and was competed through DHA’s TRICARE Evaluation, Analysis, Management, and Support (TEAMS) vehicle.
The three-year contract will deliver financial services support within the Portfolio Management & Customer Relations (PfM&CR) Division of the Health Information Technology (HIT) Directorate. IBA has held this contract with PfM&CR since 1993.
