HERNDON, VA – IBA Agile Business Unit Director Hunter McCluer was a featured speaker at the 2014 ACT-INC national conference at the Grand Hyatt in Washington, D.C. on Mar. 20. McCluer launched the strategic workshop session “Acquisition of Agile IT Services: It CAN Be Done!”
Attended by over 400 participants, the session highlighted the disconnect between traditional acquisition methods and best practices in Agile software development which calls for acquisition methods that better accommodate its highly effective development approaches.
