IBA Named A 'Great Place to Work' By Washingtonian Magazine
FALLS CHURCH, VA, October 22, 2009 –
Irving Burton Associates (IBA) announced today that it has been named to the Washingtonian's 'Great Places to Work' list. IBA is one of 50 local companies in the Washington, DC area to be named to this prestigious list.
The winning companies were selected based on generous pay and benefits, challenging and interesting work, great work-life balance, opportunities to learn and grow, financial stability, commitment to charity and community, and the recognition and respect given to employees. Specifically, IBA was cited for its meaningful work, training opportunities and career ladders that identify steps and goals for employees.

The Washingtonian's 'Great Places to Work' feature dates back to 1999 and is published every other year. The '50 Great Places to Work' article appears in the October 22nd edition of the Washingtonian magazine.
