IBA Wins Contract Supporting Medical Situational Awareness Theater Project
FALLS CHURCH, VA, August 20, 2010 –
Irving Burton Associates, Inc. (IBA), a global professional and technical services firm, is celebrating a major achievement of winning a follow-on contract supporting the Defense Health Information Management System (DHIMS) Medical Situational Awareness Theater (MSAT) project. Under this contract, IBA will continue to provide expert program management and project oversight services to MSAT.
MSAT is a Web-based application designed for deployment within a Service Oriented Architecture. It provides medical intelligence, patient tracking, mapping, logistics, personnel and weather information to Combatant and Joint Task Force Commanders Surgeon staffs.
The new period of performance for this contract begins on August 21. IBA has been the support vendor for MSAT since the program’s inception in 2007, and is pleased to continue its service.
