Program Management

Contract Administration
IBA has a solid background in Government procurement and contract administration. IBA provides specifically tailored support to each phase of the contracting process—from pre-solicitation, to solicitation, to evaluation, and finally to contract administration and contract closeout. IBA provides options for streamlining procurements and develops structured mechanisms and procedures for collecting, storing and retrieving contract information to support management oversight.
Healthcare Management Consulting
IBA's healthcare management experience spans all aspects of medical and healthcare-related topics and technology, from policy development and interpretation, through the implementation and performance measurement of technology solutions. IBA analyzes policy implications; HIPAA compliance; healthcare trends; and leading technology. IBA develops and conducts medical training programs and has trained thousands of providers and TRICARE beneficiaries over the years.
