| Ms. Anna Ryan is the President of IBA. Ms. Ryan has been a part of IBA since 1989 and was instrumental in transforming IBA's Mortgage Banking business into a highly profitable line. Ms. Ryan became IBA's President in 1998 and has expanded IBA's Government and private sector customer base, and solidified IBA's reputation as a professional and reputable services and technology firm. |

| Mary Dowdall, Chief Operating Officer |
Ms. Mary Dowdall is IBA's Chief Operating Officer (COO). As COO, Ms. Dowdall manages the operational unit at IBA. She is responsible for the strategic and tactical leadership of IBA’s day-to-day operations and works directly with IBA’s executive staff to develop and execute short and long term corporate goals. Ms. Dowdall has been with IBA since 1997. Prior to being named COO she served as Eastern Director of Operations, Vice President and Vice President of Finance. In these key positions, she provided distinguished oversight of several key contracts and directed IBA’s Training and Emerging Leadership Program.

| Ray Baldwin, Chief Technology Officer |
| Mr. Ray Baldwin is IBA's Chief Technology Officer, and senior systems engineer on projects involving the use of state-of-the-art technologies. Mr. Baldwin has extensive experience managing system design and development efforts, and has developed numerous systems and applications for the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, U.S. Navy and the Mortgage Banking industry. |

| Mr. Lloyd Colio is a Senior Vice President at IBA. Mr. Colio has over 30 years of in-depth experience and knowledge in Government contracting, engineering, construction, construction management, program management and military healthcare services. Mr. Colio is responsible for large and complex Information Technology projects with IBA's Government customers. |

| Mr. John Kane is a Senior Vice President at IBA. Mr. Kane has over 30 years experience advising and providing assistance for information and systems management and planning. Mr. Kane has direct experience with formulating policy and advising on budget and personnel issue programs, including 10 years with the Department of Defense related to planning, programming, budgeting, and execution. |

| Sarah Djuric, Vice President of Operations |
| Ms. Sarah Djuric is the Vice President of Operations at IBA. Ms. Djuric is an accomplished management professional with over 15 years of experience implementing and administering business management systems and services and commercial healthcare information technology programs, products, and projects. Ms. Djuric joined IBA in 1998, and has worked in numerous operational roles, managing teams of over 30 professionals and overseeing contractual requirements and deliverables of several program management support contracts. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology/Health and Human Services from Marymount University and is a certified Project Management Professional and Senior Member of the American Society for Quality. |
