Medical, Dental and Vision
IBA offers comprehensive medical and dental insurance, as well as vision coverage to all full-time employees. Medical coverage is provided through UnitedHealthcare, which provides a robust network of doctors and specialists across the country, as well as mail order and local pharmacy prescription drug coverage.

Flexible Spending Accounts
IBA offers Flexibile Spending Accounts (FSAs) which let employees set aside a portion of pre-tax income into tax-free accounts to use for eligible healthcare and/or dependent/childcare expenses that you expect to incur during the upcoming year.

The Health Care FSA can be used for the tax-free reimbursement of most medical, dental, and vision care expenses you pay out-of-pocket for yourself and your dependents that qualify as federal income tax deductions.

The Dependent Care FSA can be used for the tax-free reimbursement of qualifying baby-sitting, daycare, pre-school tuition and/or summer day camp costs for your children. It can also be used for certain elder care.

401(k)
IBA offers a 401(k) plan administered by Great West, which employees may participate in beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Based on company performance, IBA may make a discretionary match to employees' annual contributions.

Short- and Long-Term Disability
Short- and Long-Term Disability is 100% IBA-funded.

Life Insurance
IBA fully funds Life Insurance for every full-time employee.

Personal Leave
IBA provides full-time employees with 15 paid days of leave in their first year of employment and 10 paid federal holidays. After two years with IBA, full-time employees accrue 20 days of paid leave a year, plus paid federal holidays. After seven years with the company, full-time employees accrue 25 days of paid leave a year, plus paid federal holidays.

Training and Development
IBA supports training courses and pays for professional memberships as they relate to IBA's business.
